Safeguarding
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to the the staff of Norbriggs Primary School.
Rigorous checks are made on all staff and visitors to the school who have access to our children; DBS forms and other forms of identification are needed before anyone is allowed unsupervised access to our children.
All staff are given regular training and updates.
We use an electronic safeguarding system so that all concerns can be logged in a very effective way.
Our designated safeguarding leads are Paul Scragg, Paul Taylor and Donna Richardson.
Our Safeguarding Governor is Elaine Tidd.
All of our safeguarding and child protection polices can be viewed in the policies section below.
If you are concerned that a child is at risk of harm call Starting Point; 01629 533190 or the Police on 101.
If you need to contact the school concerning a safeguarding matter please call the office on 01246 473398 or email Paul Scragg; headteacher@norbriggs.derbyshire.sch.uk
