Admissions

The school’s Published Admission Number, the number of children we are allowed to admit into the Reception year, has been set at 30. The school must offer places in Reception classes up to that limit for each relevant year, but must not exceed it. This number continues throughout school in the case of in year admissions. 

Nursery Places

We provide learning and care for children aged 3 and 4 years old.  All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education per week. You can put your child’s name down on our nursery waiting list before they are 3 years old and we will get in touch with you when they can start nursery. This is the term after they turn 3 years old. 

We offer 5 morning sessions, 8.45am – 11.45am.

Reception Places

In the September following a child’s 4th birthday they are able to join our school in our Reception classes.  Parents/carers need to apply for a place through Derbyshire County Council’s School Admissions Service.  Applications open in November to apply for a place for the following September.
